M/s Hardev Construction Pvt. Ltd. began as civil Contractor & Transporter in 1970 (Previously known as M/s Hardev Singh Converted to HCPL in 1994). Over the years, the group has undertaken many challenging projects, because of one man’s vision to lead the construction sector in Jharkhand and Bihar, HCPL today has grown into as multi-disciplinary conglomerate. From a vision to a reality and setting standards to delivering excellence in quality, HCPL has established themselves as leaders in their field. Confirming to international standards in construction of technically sound infrastructure including construction of new Railway infrastructure, Irrigational infrastructure, roads, flyovers & bridges etc. we are proud of our contribution in development of an ultra modern and progressive India.
Founded by Late Hardev Singh, the brand Hardev construction Pvt. Ltd. is built on the foundation of experience and strong heritage, yet it constantly strives to improve its performance. Making use of avant-grade technologies, latest tools and equipment and applying best practice measures, we have a proven record of accomplishment of effectively delivering diverse projects and services to a broad base of clients, which includes names of repute like Eastern Railways, Water Resource Department (Bihar), Bihar Rajya Pul Nirman Nigam Limited, Water Resource Department (Jharkhand), Rural Development Special Zone (Jharkhand), Road Construction Department (Jharkhand), Jharkhand Urban Infrastructure Development Company Limited, Jharkhand State Building Construction Corporation Limited, RITES Limited, BHEL and Development authority and host of other government bodies.
Now Mr. Avtar Singh is the Managing Director of the company. His experience clubbed together with his grass root knowledge of the business has played an instrumental role in the exponential growth and success of the Company
